Dorothy Baker
Dorothy Baker, a.k.a. Dorothy Putnam, was the last of three popular madams who operated a well-known house of ill repute in the upstairs apartments of the St. Louis Block. Established in the late 1920s, Dorothy operated the house from about 1954 until the early 1970s.
